This would be my first time writing in this blog!
Today, I am just going to tell you a story about Ubaydah's life as a grad student. I think Haruhi has posted a few stories about Ubaydah's job as a research assistant and also as a teaching associate. So right now, I am going to post about Ubaydah's trip to his lab last Sunday. Ubaydah told me that as a grad student, there's no difference between weekdays and weekends. Everyday is a weekday and also a weekend especially when research is involved. I think the following pictures will tell the whole story.
Ubaydah left his apartment complex at around noon. His window is actually behind that big tree!
This is the entrance of his apartment complex known as the Crest. It was pretty sunny that day.
After walking for like a few blocks, he arrived at the bus stop.
This is where he stepped off the bus which is in front of his university.
After walking for a while, he arrived at the College of Science building.
This is his lab.
After working for a few hours, he went back home. This is the door to his apartment.

Hahaha, I know this post is not that interesting but I just wanted show where Ubaydah lives and how he commutes to school every day.
